2012 female 7/8 Saker 1/8 Gyr "Jasmine"

Jasmine is Lilac's "big sister" and flies 60-80g heavier.  Jazz is another of the working falcons [I don't fly her all that often, but unlike Lilac, I at least have that option].
In this photo you can see the loop jess, which runs from the glove's D-ring to the bird's anklet where it is secured with a falconer's knot.  This is what I do for my personal birds also, as snaps of any sort are extremely dangerous [and for that matter, banned from use in some countries].
As a young bird, Jazz and her sister both came out of the chamber with different health concerns.  Lilac had poxy feet we had to address and Jazz had this beak that grew in bi-coloured.  The white side began flaking off last year but is now growing in properly and in another year she should be back to "normal."

The hood was done on a Rollins 14 block [as an idea of scale, my PFRT Azula [1260g] also wore this exact hood for a time before I put her into a 15 so she'd have a looser chinstrap].
